Bailey started her career in 2008. She originally studied her A-levels as the first step to becoming a Barrister. One of her A-levels was in art, as with all the other subjects she chose, one had to be practical based for her. Whilst studying she had a job in her Moms Hair and Beauty salon. Hairdressing was something she had been around her whole life, as her Mom was a Hairdresser, so helping out was easy..

Whilst she was there she did an Apprenticeship in Hairdressing, and was employed as a stylist. At this point she realised Hair and Beauty was where her passion lay. After completing her first year of A-Levels, she stayed in the salon but continued to study Fine Art at college. She then taught herself Nail extensions and Eyebrow Shaping.

In 2013 Bailey Studied Specialist Hair and Media Make Up at university this broadened her career even further and really put her Art A level to good use!

Fast forward a few years she has gained the following qualifications;

- Level three in Beauty Therapy

- Level three in Nail Technology 

- Classic Lashes With Lash Base

- Microblading with Phi Brows

- Machine Brows (Semi Permanent Make Up) 

- Teaching Qualification

After relocating her salon a few times as the business has grown, she now has a beautiful Salon in the West Midlands which is her pride and joy! There are four members of staff within the salon offering you the perfect pampering experience.
